This website is owned and operated by wix. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information on & purchase of services for weddings & events. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 16 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

The owner is Rose Hall trading as Bello Dayz. “we”, “I”, “us”, “owner” & “our” refers to the seller/supplier of the goods (Bello Dayz). 


When the term “hirer” or “client” is used; this is the person/lead name on the invoice & who has made the booking. “You”, “your”, “client” or “hirer” refers to the person hiring/purchasing the goods.  


The term “goods” & “items” mean all products/goods to be hired to you by us. Hired goods shall be listed on both copies of the invoice. At all times these goods will remain the property of Bello Dayz.


When securing your date for our service, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full terms before making a commitment : (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract with us when you commit and you complete the check-out payment process. This will be deemed as you have read, understood, signed & accepted the terms & conditions of hire provided by Bello Dayz. 


The Client will be given an invoice with the total price of the decoration services and a breakdown of individual rentals based on the guest count and other factors. It is the Client’s responsibility to check this for accuracy. Packages can be customised upon agreement with the us. Once a price has been agreed upon and we have purchased items follwing balance, the Client may not receive a reduction in price due to no longer needing items or needing less items. If the guest count increases we will add additional items calculated at current pricing to the invoice. Customisable items such as  personalised decorations may not be changed. There can be no changes made to the decoration plan within 4 weeks of the event date, unless agreed with the Decorator. If on set up we are to discover that there have changes to the venue, i.e. chair type differs from those confirmed by the hirer or by staff of your chosen venue this may result in your ordered decorations no longer fitting. In this instance we will still require full payment and refund will not be permitted, it is there for of great importance to the hirer and us that all changes are noted before the date of event.
  
All materials are guaranteed to be as specified by the manufacturer.  If a supplier discontinues a product or a manufacturer changes material type, Bello Dayz reserve the right to substitute an item for another of similar kind and quality and make any last minute changes (at our discretion, based on availability of materials at the time of the event). In this event, refund will be at our discretion.       

The hire period is based for 24hours unless otherwise stated, an extended hire period of 48-72 hours is applicable to all table linen hires. All our prices include set up & collection. We operate a free delivery & collection service within a 30 mile radius of our location, anything above 30 miles is payable at HMRC guideline price of 0.25p per mile. All goods including linens are for indoor purposes only unless previously arranged and stated.  

In order to secure your goods & services for your event a 25% of the overall toatal is required, should your value fall below £100 a set £100 non-refundable booking fee is therfore required to securing your chosen date. Orders below the £100 minimum fee must be paid in full, unless otherwise stated. Please note that the booking is not confirmed and your chosen date is not secured until this sum has been paid. Your booking fee will be deducted from your overall total for all goods hired. The booking fee paid enables us to begin prep & covers costs of time.  

Your final balance is due to be paid 4 weeks prior. Late fees of £5 per day will be applied. If we have not received this payment & have been unable to contact you regarding your balance we will assume our services & goods are no longer required, resulting in your date been released & the loss of your booking fee. 

The hirer must inform Bello Dayz of any changes to your order 8 weeks prior, no later than 6 weeks prior to your event, these changes will be subject to availability of our suppliers & stock. Final figures will also be confirmed at this stage to cater for any alterations made that may affect the pricing of the goods chosen.  

All cancellations made to Bello Dayz must be provided in the form of writing via post or email. Bello Dayz will then acknowledge this cancellation by issue of receipt. Please note as previously stated all bookings fees are non-refundable. If a cancellation is made 8 weeks prior to the date we do still require payment of 70% of the total, cancellations 4 weeks prior will require payment in full as this date will no longer be able to be filled & to accommodate purchases already made & time spent in preparation. Any payment out with 8 weeks are available suject to conditions. No charges will be applied should the wedding be changed to a different date & all product are still required – subject to date availability. Bello Dayz reserve the right not to apply a cancellation fee in certain circumstance which will be agreed in writing at the time. We will NOT be held liable for any circumstances out of our control which result in postponement, changes or cancellation.

The hirer will be held responsible for all goods hired and will be responsible for each item lost or damaged. Our prices given include the laundering of our linens & sashes hired as we do expect these items to be often soiled by drinks, food & light scuffs. A damages deposit is required on all bookings of 10 or more glassware & Large electricals. The damages deposit is refundable and the price of the deposit varies depending on what is hired. The damages deposit is refunded to the Client upon return and inspection of the hired materials. Any missing items, irreversible damage, or damage through mistreatment will be deducted from this fee. Costs above this will be invoiced with payment required to be paid within 14 days. Failure to make payment of any goods damaged or lost may result in formal action being taken by Bello Dayz.  

In the event our candy cart/ sweet hire items are hired, pleased note some confectionery may contain or have traces of nuts or nut oil, please always refer to the allergy booklet present with our candy carts, this allergen booklet contains a list of all ingredients for each confectionery item. Please note Bello Dayz cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from food allergies, this is of the hirers responsibility to ensure allergies have been acknowledged.  

The hirer is also responsible to ensure children are at all times suitable supervised as confectionery may pose a choking hazard for small children.

Bello Dayz do offer an attendant with our candy cart for an additional fee.
All confectionery left over will be bagged & left for the hirer or disposal at the venues discretion, for health & safety reason Bello Dayz DO NOT re-use any leftover confectionery.  

Our larger items of hire must not be moved by any member of staff or guest at your venue, (larger items include; starlit backdrop, wedding arches, LED letters) We do not take any responsibility for any injury incurred by a member moving said items. The hirer will be responsible for replacement of damaged items in the event these have been moved at full replacement cost.

Bello Dayz reserve the rights to use any photography of events taken by Bello Dayz ourselves for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated by the hirer.  It is agreed that Bello Dayz may display and use video and photographs from the event for their website, internet promotion and any other non-commercial purposes thought proper by Bello Dayz. All videos or photographs are subject to be posted on all social networking sites for promotional purposes only. The Client is responsible for advising Bello Dayz of any photos or videos he/she wishes not to be publicised. Bello Dayz possess full ownership of all video and photos of the decorating process and final set up photographed by the company and its affiliates. Therefore we reserve the right to place our name and logo on any photographs taken by us. 

It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that items hired are covered by that of your own insurance or the venues insurance with regards to public liability risks. Bello Dayz are insured for the purposes of product and public liability of up to £1,000,000 however we do highly recommend in regards to wedding events that wedding insurance is obtained. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries related to our decor that are caused through mishandling by the Client, guests or site staff. 

The following is a broad description of the way Bello Dayz process personal information in accordance to data protection. Please refer to our privacy policy on more. 

We process personal information to enable us to promote our goods and services, to maintain our accounts and records and to support and manage our resources.

We also process information on the lawful basis of creating contracts. Processing of information is necessary for a contract to be created between us or because you have asked us to take specific steps before entering into a contract. Examples might include providing quotes or other pre-booking information as well as bookings and payment processes.

Additionally we process information for legitimate interests. Processing is necessary for our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of a third party. For example in order to set up a meeting, the event itself, take down after the event and any on-going queries etc.

We process information relevant to the above reasons and purposes. This may include personal and contact details, family, lifestyle and social circumstances, financial details and goods or services provided.

We process personal information about our customers and clients, suppliers and service providers, venue staff and other professional experts, as relevant.

We sometimes need to share the personal information we process with the individual themselves and also with other organisations. Where this is necessary we are required to comply with all aspects of the General Data Protection Act (GDPA).  We may need to share some of the personal information we process, for one or more reasons, with the following organisations. Family, associates and representatives of the person whose personal data we are processing, associate wedding & events suppliers, such as stationers, florists, wedding planners (both venue-based and independent), other venue stylists, DJs & other entertainers, goods suppliers, cake makers, bridal & occasion wear / dressmakers and photographers etc, venue-based staff and management, website, telephone, email and social media providers, designers and maintenance businesses, accounting, taxation and other financial organisations, central government agencies (e.g. HMRC), suppliers and service providers.

We will securely retain your information for up to six years after your (last) wedding / event, for reference and analytical purposes as well as tax purposes.

Under the General Data Protection Act 2018, you have rights as an individual which you can exercise in relation to the information we hold about you, including the right to access your data, have any amendments made, have your data removed from our records and, where necessary, complain to the ICO if you think there is a problem with the way we are handling your data.


We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
